A great deal of attention is paid to safe distances and hand hygiene at the Iso Omena and Kalajärvi Service Centres. All the furniture has been placed in accordance with the guidelines on safe distances, there are hand sanitiser dispensers in different parts of the Service Centres, and the door handles and other items are disinfected a few times a day. In addition, the Service Centres’ staff wear masks and use plexiglass screens in situations where it is impossible to avoid close contact.
“This is how we at the Service Centres show that we care about our customers and each other. We also encourage our customers to wear masks,” says Customer Service Manager Anna-Maija Aalto.
Please remember that you may not visit the Service Centres if you have any symptoms of a common cold or any stomach symptoms.
